A research-validated substance abuse prevention program proven to reduce the risks of alcohol, tobacco, drug abuse, and violence by targeting the major social and psychological factors that promote the initiation of substance use and other risky behaviors. This program consists of 15, 45-60 minutes sessions.

Topics include but are not limited to Self-image and Self-improvement, Making Decisions, Substance Misuse, Social Skills.

A 5-lesson program conducted once a week during or after school. This program is designed to empower 6-8th grade girls with information and skills to make healthy life choices

A two-part series that will educate youth about each substance category, the impact that drugs have on the body, mind and social life, and teach healthy coping skills. There are two different one hour presentations. Session topics: Drugs 101, Impact of Substances, Making Healthy Choices and Healthy Coping Skills

Prime for Life is a self-evaluation based program that allows participants to reflect on their decision making, learn to protect what is important to them and dive deep into how high-risk choices with substance use impacts different aspects of life. It includes 4-8 hours of content, a private workbook to complete activities and a step-by-step process of how to create goals for a more positive future. This program can be used as a prevention tool, as well as an intervention for students who are displaying at risk behaviors.

A middle school program for 5th-7th grade designed to provide students with tools for dealing with stress, anxiety, and other difficult feelings. There are four 45 minute lessons that can be implemented individually or as a collective.

An interactive one hour presentation designed to teach students about the impact of marijuana on the developing teen brain, the effects of high potency marijuana and how to be safe as it relates to the growing prevalence of marijuana products that can often be difficult to identify.
 

An interactive one hour presentation designed to teach students about the different types of prescription drugs, how they work and how to stay safe.
 

A 30 minute presentation designed to be a stand-alone or add on to a longer presentation or event. This presentation teaches students skills that they can use to help them smoothly transition from middle to high school.
 

An interactive one hour presentation designed to teach students about the impact of alcohol on the body and brain, how to manage peer pressure and how to cope with stress and anxiety in a healthy manner.
 

An interactive one hour presentation designed to teach students the truth about vaping, healthy coping habits as well as resources for quitting vape.
